The easiest way to reach us is by e-mail. We read every message. We usually reply within 2–5 business days, and urgent technical matters (security, outages, GDPR) get priority.

Factual error
See an event with an incorrect description, a wrong location, or one that comes from an unreliable source? Let us know — we handle corrections manually. Include the event URL (ideally the full one) or ID and briefly describe what is wrong.

Key not working? Rate limit too aggressive? Endpoint returning
strange data? Attach a sample curl request,
the server response, and a timestamp. The more context, the faster
the reply.
